Our Policy
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of your order’s arrival
- Tags must be intact & items in resellable condition (no pet hair, obvs ;)
- You may exchange your items for a different color, size, or style
- If you wish to exchange your item for one that costs more, you must pay the difference
- Please note that if you purchased items with a discount, your refund will reflect the discounted amount, not the original price of the item

Exchanges are allowed for items in a different color or size.

You can exchange your item for another item. If that item or new order costs more, you will be issued store credit for the amount paid in the original purchase to be applied to the price difference if necessary.
Returns:
- There is no refund on shipping costs, however we provide you free return or exchange shipping up to one transaction per order.
Please note that if you purchased items with a discount, your refund or store credit will reflect the amount paid and not the listed price of the item.
